Phyllis Ferry, Treasurer, is the Human Resource Coordinator at Monadnock Community Hospital. She has been an HR Professional for over 20 years and has a degree in Business Administration. She currently serves on the Program Committee and is concurrently serving as Treasurer for the Healthcare Human Resource Association of New Hampshire. Piper Reason, MHSA, Membership committee co-chair works as a career development specialist for Second Start in Concord. Over the last seven years she has earned certifications as a job and career transition coach (JCTC), workforce development professional (CWDP), professional resume writer (CPRW), career development facilitator (CDF), and as a CDF instructor (CDFI).
