About Us
Our Mission
The Greater Monadnock Society for Human Resource Management is a non-profit organization of Human Resources
professionals representing private and public sector employers in the Greater Monadnock area. The objectives
of the association are:
1. To provide opportunities for conferences, research and exchange of knowledge and experience among members.
2. To provide a forum for the personal and professional development of members.
3. To provide an opportunity to focus on current human resource management issues of importance to members.
4. To provide a focus for legislative attention to state and national human resource management issues.
5. To provide valuable networking opportunities, as well as information gathering and dissemination channels.

Priscilla Brisson, PHR, President, is Director of Human Resources at Monadnock
Developmental Services. Ms. Brisson has been a member of the national SHRM organization for 10
years and has a wealth of experience in human resources, having worked in both profit and
non-profit organizations. She has been a past board member for other local business. She is
currently completing her degree with Franklin Pierce University. Priscilla resides in Swanzey
with her husband.

Jennie Rogers, Vice President graduated from Franklin Pierce College with a Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration. As Controller for MacMillin, Jennie directs and coordinates all accounting
procedures and functions. Jennie has responsibility for all HR functions, financial records, payroll,
banking and daily operation of the accounting department.

Piper Reason, MHSA, Treasurer works as a career development specialist
for Second Start in Concord. Over the last seven years she has earned certifications as a job and
career transition coach (JCTC), workforce development professional (CWDP), professional resume
writer (CPRW), career development facilitator (CDF), and as a CDF instructor (CDFI). She earned her
BS in Education at KSC and Masters in Human Services Administration from Antioch New England - and
loves being in the Monadnock Region where she has worked in human services and education as a
manager or trainer for nearly 20 years.

Rachel O'Neil, SPHR, Secretary, is a Senior Organizational Advancement Analyst at
Timken Super Precision. In this role she works to deliver improved business results by providing
practical and innovative solutions that address the key challenges of talent management and
organizational capability. Rachel obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and
Master of Science in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University. She has spent most of the past
7 years in Manufacturing environments, both union and non-union, in and around New England. Rachel also
serves on the Membership Committee.

Virginia Houle, Member at large is a Human Capital Business Partner at Markem-Imaje Corporation. In
that role she works with the Supply Chain, Information/Communication Technology and Finance functions on
both strategic and operational human capital issues. She has been in Human Capital for 7 years and prior
to that worked in the Supply Chain for Markem-Imaje as the Production Planning Manager. She is a Professional
in Human resources (PHR) since December 2007. Ginny also serves on the Membership Committee, and volunteers
her time as a member on the Tri Parish Pastoral Council for St. Bernard and as Facilitator for the Marie Rivier
Associates in Keene.

Audrie Osgood, Member at large is Director of Human Resources at The Mountain Corporation. Audrie is
responsible for all human resource functions within the company. Audrie also developed and oversees the company's
onsite employee child care program. Audrie has been with the company for over five years and during this time she has
helped promote a safe and productive environment by coordinating and executing safety directives including Worker's
Compensation and Joint Loss Management Committee and facilitating communication between departments, managers, and
employees.

Scott Ryan, Member at large is the Vice President of TPI Staffing Group and has been employed there since 2001.
Scott's responsibilities include the oversight of Employee Relations, Banking, Insurance, Public Relations, Benefits,
Sales/Marketing and Payroll. TPI Staffing Group is a family owned business and has been in operation since 1987. They
have locations in Milford, Claremont, Brattleboro and Keene and service any and every type of industry in those areas.
Scott volunteers his time with Keene Rotary Club, Monadnock Economic Development, Sons of American Legion, Marlborough
Fire Department, and Keene Chamber of Commerce.

Donna Whipple, PHR, Member at large Human Resource Generalist at Home Depot, oversees
the HR functions in the Southern NH/VT store locations, with a focus on associate relations. She brings over
25 years of business experience to her role which includes previous positions as Corporate Recruiter at Tire
Warehouse and Regional Training Manager for Ames Department Stores, Inc. A Professional in Human Resources
(PHR) since 2003, Donna is also an Advisory Board alumni member for Prospera, an online people management
tool developed and produced by J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc.

Amy Wright, PHR, Member at large, is the Human Resource Manager for Clark-Mortenson Agency with a bachelor's
degree in Business Management. Amy specializes in HR compliance, benefits administration and employee relations. Amy
also volunteers her time to the Keene Relay for Life, The IIANH Education Committee, Young Agents Committee,
Keene Community Kitchen and NH Adopt A Highway.

GMSHRM Committees

The GMSHRM committees are established to provide the Chapter with special ongoing services. Chapter members
are encouraged to seek out the committee chair if they are interested in joining. Our standing committees
include:
Program Committee: The primary responsibility of our program committee is to identify & recruit
speakers for the monthly meetings based on Chapter member interests; this committee is also in charge of

Membership Committee:The membership committee is responsible for soliciting and reviewing applications

the board of directors and membership a slate of nominees for officers/directors for the new year.
