Meeting Sponsorship Program

Meeting sponsors have the unique opportunity to address our Association's top Human Resource professionals and promote their company or services. The benefits of a meeting sponsor include:
- Promotion of the sponsorship prior to the meeting through an acknowledgment in the meeting notices sent to all Association members.
- A personal introduction of the sponsor to the group at the beginning of the meeting.
- A 5 - 10 minute (maximum) presentation to the group about their company or services.
- Distribution of promotional literature at each place setting plus additional literature set up on a table in the back of the meeting room.
- Company or Organization Banner prominently displayed.
- Contact information of participating members who attend the meeting. This contact information is obtained through a raffle for a specific give-away provided by the sponsoring organization. The give-away is displayed at the registration table and attendees can provide their business cards for the drawing.
- Sponsor identification on our local chapter website.

All of the benefits are available for a nominal pre-paid fee of $250. The reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-payment received basis. Sponsors may be able to pick a specific meeting date or request to sponsor a specific topic if we receive their response and payment in enough time to plan ahead. The monthly program schedule will be published, but is subject to change.
